PRESIDENT TAXI SERVICE

President Taxis were established in Febuary 2000.The Taxi Service with the finest fleet of modern, comfortable beautifully maintained cars in Auckland. We recognise that only the best is good enough for our customers so we strive to meet this expectation every time you travel with us. Drivers are available 24hours 7 days a week.

AIRPORT MEET AND GREET

President Taxis offer a meet and greet service at the Airport on your arrival. Your driver will wait for you at the designated area for Taxi Drivers with your name on a sign board. For International Arrivals the driver will wait up to one hour after Aircraft landing. If there are any delays coming through the Airport please feel free to contact the office so that we can inform the Taxi Driver.

DRIVERS

President Taxi Drivers are highly professional with an excellent standard of presentation. President Taxi Drivers also have an excellent knowledge of all areas and can navigate all areas quickly and economically. President Taxi Drivers also offer luggage portage at no extra cost.

TAXIS (Business and Standard)

Business Taxis: Are long wheel based cars with extra leg room (Mercedes S.Class, BMW, Holden Statesman-Caprice and Ford Fairlane). Although President Taxi Members have first priority, Business Taxis may be booked on request for Non Members. Other benefits are Leather Interior, Air Conditioning and some with Tinted Windows, TV and DVD. All can be booked at the same price as a Standard Taxi which is charged by the Taxi meter.
Standard Taxis: Are all other models of cars with Standard features

Customers are welcome to choose a Driver/Taxi of their choice depending on availability. Please confirm this when booking. You may wish to view our photo gallery below.

RATES FOR AUCKLAND TAXIS
(Tariff 1 standard, Tariff 2 20% discount, Flat rate)

Tariff 1 Standard Rate is:

Flagfall: $3.00
Per km $3.00
Waiting time $1.00 per minute

Tariff 1 Standard Rate applies to Taxis not previously booked for eg: hired from the road side or Taxi Rank.

Tariff 2: Is a 20% discount off the Standard Tariff 1 Rate: This is for all arranged bookings through the company for eg: Phone, Fax, Email and Website.

Flat Rates: Are pre arranged discounted prices which are benefits for frequent travellers who travel the same route and who want to avoid different charges which can be caused by traffic congestion.

EXRA CHARGES TO METERED FARE

$2.00 Extra for payments made by all Credit Cards or Taxi Vouchers
Airport Toll $5.00
Soiling Taxi $100.00
